Remember that bit about going to the gym four times last week? Here's the big payoff. I GAINED 1.8 pounds. Thanks a lot, Weight Watchers scale. Yes, I know you're going to say it's probably muscle. Or some other crap. But it's not like I'm new to exercise. Far from it. I've been on this train for a while now and I wanted some results for all my effort. Next week, it better show up or I'm really going to be mad. I can gain almost 2 pounds just fine without going to the gym and watching what I eat, thank you. I even went to the gym today before the meeting. Now how dedicated am I? Grrrr.
