I am in pain. Last night, I took a yoga/weight class and I can barely move today. We squatted, we lunged, we did squats on a ball. And then we did bicep curls, tricep presses and... I know there was more. Maria (the teacher) is evil. The thing is, I like this pain. It lets me know I worked something. You know what I mean. And if I hadn't napped so long today, I would have gone back to the gym. It was just an aerobics class, though. No weights. Even I know you shouldn't lift weights two days in a row. If you need me, I'll just be sitting over there. P.S. The best moment in class... we were in triangle pose and my back cracked twice. YES! That's what I'd been needing. I love yoga!
